Overview:
We are seeking creative and detail-oriented design professionals to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. The role involves understanding user needs, translating insights into design solutions, and delivering high-quality interfaces and visual assets that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, personas, and empathy maps to guide design decisions.
- Design and deliver responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces across platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines for consistency.
- Produce creative visual assets including logos, infographics, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX, product design, and visual design.
Required Skills/Tools:
- Design & Prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, Framer, Principle, Zeplin.
- Visual & Creative: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, typography and color theory.
- Research & Analytics: UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Google Analytics, Hotjar, SPSS/Excel.
- Design Systems & Standards: Material UI, Human Interface Guidelines, accessibility (WCAG).
