Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, sales, and growth strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, and social media).
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demos, and manage account relationships.
  • Write and distribute engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media posts) aligned with brand strategy.
  • Develop and test growth experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Report on campaign ROI, sales pipelines, and growth KPIs to leadership.

  • Sales & CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), HubSpot, Mailchimp.
  • Content Marketing: WordPress, Canva, Figma, Copywriting & Storytelling.
  • Growth & Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, SQL, Marketing Automation (Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Core Skills: Communication, negotiation, lead generation, data-driven decision-making.
