Job Description:
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to design, manage, and analyze data systems that power business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning. This role blends data analysis, engineering, and science to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable for decision-making and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes to support analytics and ML workflows.
- Analyze data trends and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Optimize database performance, implement backup and recovery strategies, and enforce security controls.
- Build, train, and validate statistical and machine learning models for predictive insights.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business teams to define data requirements and solutions.
- Automate ETL/ELT processes and ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security standards.
- Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data engineering and AI/ML.

- Data Analysis & Visualization: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, matplotlib, pandas.
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB.
- Data Engineering: Python, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, AWS Glue.
- Machine Learning & AI: Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), R, Jupyter, MLflow.
